Operations & Administration Manager
📍 Location: Sant'Elpidio a Mare (FM), Marche, Italy

Responsibilities:
General Branch Operations: Oversee the daily administration and operations of the Italian office, showroom, and warehouse, acting as the core hub connecting the European branch with our Asian headquarters.
Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate with the Asian HQ on ocean freight arrivals and customs clearance. Manage and evaluate local transport providers (LTL freight and B2C couriers) to optimize end-to-end logistics costs and efficiency.
Inventory & Order Oversight: Manage the WMS (Warehouse Management System), supervise the order fulfillment process, and handle B2B/B2C order exceptions, returns, and customer service issues.
Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary contact for local external partners, including accountants, business consultants, IT/software providers, and local contractors.
Administrative & Financial Support: Assist with local procurement contracts, manage the electronic invoicing system (Fatturazione Elettronica), verify logistics invoices, and support the finance team with monthly reconciliations.
Requirements:
Languages: Fluent Italian (Native or C1) and excellent business English (verbal and written) – mandatory for seamless daily communication with the Asian HQ.
Right to work in Italy (mandatory)
Experience: 1+ years of proven experience in operations management, supply chain, office administration, or international trade.
Skills: Highly proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiar with mainstream ERP or inventory management systems. Outstanding multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
💰 Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: Permanent full-time contract (13 or 14 months). Reference RAL (Gross Annual Salary): €26,000 - €30,000 (commensurate with experience).

Video Producer & Content Creator

Responsibilities:
Content Planning: Write scripts and design storyboards for XMASTER Europe's brand videos, product promos, and social media short videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
Shooting Execution: Independently manage video shoots, including lighting setup, professional camera operation, and directing models on set.
Post-Production: Handle video editing, color grading, sound design, and VFX to produce high-quality videos that align with the brand's premium image.
Visual Asset Management: Help build and manage the company's visual asset library, ensuring consistent visual output across all channels that appeals to European aesthetics.
Requirements:
Languages: Fluent in both Italian and English.
Right to work in Italy (mandatory)
Core Skills: Mastery of professional camera operation and lighting techniques; highly proficient in post-production software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
Industry Knowledge: Passionate about fitness culture with a keen sense of European social media visual trends.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:
